The main achievements of science in recent decades are associated with a reduction in the size of all kinds of devices and the improvement of their technical features. One of the relevant topics nowadays is microfluidics. Microfluidics is an applied science direction, which has found application in various fields: from MEMS and applied crystallography to biological and medical researches.

There are many ways to design and create a microfluidic device, but they are rarely simple and cheap. Our task was to create a simple, understandable and inexpensive production string for experimental microfluidic chips & systems.

We used our developments in one of our scientific interests, proteins investigation, from nucleation stage to macromolecular x-ray investigation. Thus, I would like to share with you our labor and our results.
