The Science and Society committee from EMBL in Grenoble invites you to a public Science & Society seminar:

The global burden of infectious diseases: past, present, and a glimpse into the future

The principal aim of the Science & Society initiative at EMBL is to promote a better and broader understanding of the growing social and cultural relevance of life sciences. We organize events where members of our scientific community, scholars from other disciplines as well as members of the public meet to engage in a dialogue. This Science & Society event will consist of 45 minutes talk delivered by the invited speakers, followed by an open debate.
